How Can You Help College Convention 2008?
How can you help? CC2K is sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement at New England College. Our goals are to provide an innovative educational experience for as many young people as possible while energizing a new generation of active citizens. We are seeking foundation and/or corporate support at a variety of levels, from co-sponsors to individual donations. Our needs include staffing expenses, printing and postage, materials, facilities, and funds to support students who otherwise could not attend the event. We welcome monetary or in-kind contributions. Please consult the information below for suggested support levels.

College Convention 2008 Advertisement Packages

Convention Co-Sponsors: $15,000
Convention Co-Sponsors will have their logos appear side by side with New England College on all Conference related publications. This includes the banner which will be positioned behind all of the speakers throughout the conference, the registration packets, the website, and all mailed materials as time permits. With the widespread media coverage expected, the banner will serve as an excellent opportunity to gain national publicity.

Convention Patron: $7,500
Convention Patrons will have their logos appear on all mailed and printed materials except the banner. Convention patrons are entitled to place an insert in the registration packet, will have booth space reserved for them throughout the convention, and may host one evening reception. Catering expenses are separate and must be arranged with the Center of New Hampshire Radisson Hotel. Contact information will be provided.

Convention Booster: $2,500
Convention Boosters will have their logos appear on all printed materials present at the convention. Boosters are entitled to place an insert in the registration packet, will have booth space reserved for them for one day of the convention, and may host one daytime reception. Catering expenses are separate and must be arranged with the Center of New Hampshire Radisson Hotel. Contact information will be provided.

Registration Packet Inserts: $500
Registration Packet Inserts will be placed in the registration folders of all of the conference participants. (Approximately 1,000). Inserts must be provided by the purchasing organization and cannot exceed 1 standard 8/5" x 11" page. Multi-page inserts are considered on a case by case basis and will be priced accordingly.

Booths (Limit 10): $200/day or $500 for the entire convention
Within the Convention Center complex is a large ballroom that can facilitate 10 trade show style booths. These booths will be populated by issue organizations, businesses, and other organizations interested in reaching the 18-24 year old demographic. Sponsoring groups are responsible for setting up their own booths. Organizations unable to provide their own booths may rent them through the Center of New Hampshire.
